Share or embed your form

Send a link or put the form on your own site.

Every form gets a public link like chariform.com/f/your-form the moment you create it. Share it directly, or embed the form on your website.

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Copy the form link to share it as is.
  3. Download the QR code if you want to print the link.
  4. Or copy the embed code and paste it into your website where you want the form to appear.
