Plans and billing

Upgrade, change or cancel your plan.

Chariform includes 15 forms, Beacon, linking to an existing record, creating multiple people, configurable fields, save progress, a single form, confirmation messages and payments. Chariform+ includes 25 forms, extra CRM features, multiple submitters, log in verification, multi-form journeys, eligibility checks and tailored outcomes. Enterprise includes unlimited forms, secure file uploads with 100 GB storage, no Chariform branding, SSO, SLA and dedicated support.

There is no free plan. You subscribe from Billing before you can build or collect responses. Unpublished forms count toward the form allowance. File upload fields require Enterprise.

  1. Open Billing.
  2. Choose Chariform or Chariform+ and pay with Stripe.
  3. Use Manage billing to change plan, update the card or cancel.

Enterprise is arranged with us. Only an owner can change billing.
