Let applicants fill in a form together

See how applicants save drafts and invite others.

Saved drafts let an applicant pause and return later. Invite others stays off until you turn it on in form settings. When it is on, applicants can email colleagues to fill in the same draft with them. Everyone sees who is editing which field, and answers are saved as they go.

How it works

  1. Turn on Invite others in Form settings (Chariform+ and Enterprise).
  2. Applicants choose Save as draft while filling in the form.
  3. Chariform gives them a private draft link.
  4. They can invite others by email from the form.

Draft and invite links are private. Invited collaborators can open their link without creating a Chariform account.

Saving drafts is available on every paid plan. Inviting others is available on Chariform+ and Enterprise.
