Let applicants fill in a form together

Turn collaborative drafts on or off, and how applicants invite others.

Multi-user forms let an applicant save a draft and invite colleagues to fill it in with them. Everyone sees who is editing which question, and answers are saved as they go.

Turn it on or off

  1. Open the form's Settings.
  2. Find Multi-user forms.
  3. Switch it on to let applicants save and share a draft, or off to keep each response to a single sitting.

When it is on, applicants get an Invite others button on the form. Invites are sent by email and the person has to sign in with that email address to join, so only invited people can open the draft.

Saving drafts and inviting others is available on the Professional plan and above.
