Let applicants fill in a form together

Saved drafts let an applicant pause and return later. They can also invite colleagues to fill in the same draft with them. Everyone sees who is editing which field, and answers are saved as they go.

How it works

1. Applicants choose Save as draft while filling in the form.
2. Chariform gives them a private draft link.
3. They can invite others by email from the form.

Draft and invite links are private. Invited collaborators can open their link without creating a Chariform account.
