Connecting a CRM
Map fields, link records and set fixed values
Fill CRM fields from answers, link related records, or write a constant.
Map a question to a field
For each CRM field, choose the form question that fills it. Only questions whose type fits the field are offered. For dropdowns you can map each of your options to the matching option in the CRM.
Set a fixed value
Instead of a question, you can choose Fixed value and type a constant, for example a campaign name or a source. The input matches the field type, so a CRM dropdown shows its options and a number field expects a number.
Link records together
When you create more than one record, a relationship field on one can link to another created in the same submission, for example linking a membership to the person just created. Records are created in the right order automatically.
Update instead of duplicate
Set a record to "Create, or update a matching record" and pick the field to match on, such as email. That field must also be mapped, so there is always a value to match against.
