Create your first form

A form is made of sections (each shown as its own page to applicants) and questions inside them. You build it on a live canvas that looks exactly like the form people will fill in.

1. From the dashboard, select New form.
2. Give it a title at the top of the canvas.
3. Add questions to the first section, and add more sections for longer forms.
4. When you are ready, select View form to see it as applicants will, then share its link.

There is no separate publish step. Your form is live from the moment you create it, and every edit saves and goes live automatically. Responses always match the version of the form the applicant actually saw, so you can keep editing without disturbing answers already collected.

Until you share the link, no one can find your form, so you can take your time setting things up.
