Set the thank-you message or redirect

Customise what an applicant sees after they submit.

When someone finishes your form you can either show them a thank-you message or send them to a page of your own.

Thank-you message

Edit the confirmation title and message in the form's confirmation settings. If the form uses reference numbers, the applicant's reference is shown here too.

Redirect to your own page

Add a redirect URL to send the applicant to your website instead, for example a donation page or a next-steps page. When a redirect is set it replaces the thank-you message.
