Add and arrange questions
Add multiple questions, choose their type, and reorder them.
Each section can hold as many questions as your plan allows. To add one, use the add-question control at the bottom of a section and pick a type.
Question types
- Short and long text
- Email, phone and number
- Single choice, multiple choice and dropdown
- Yes or no
- Date
- File upload
- Statement (text with no answer)
- App fields, such as a Google Maps address lookup
Reorder and organise
- Drag a question by its handle to move it within or between sections.
- Add a section for each page of your form.
- Mark a question Required so it must be answered before submitting.
